Terms & Conditions:

1. By clicking on the “ Confirm and Pay” button, you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Rates and Packages offered herein are subject to charge 10% of service charge and 6 % of government tax
3. Confirmation of room/s is subject to availability at point of payment
4. A maximum of two (2) adults or two (2) adults plus one child is allowed in the room and. Free accommodation for child under 12 years occupying existing bed/s in the same room with 2 adults.
5. Any change of arrival/departure date is considered a cancellation. Cancellations and amendments are to be made online.
6. Cancellations and amendments made within 48 hours & beyond the arrival date is subjected to a fifty (50%) per cent of the 1st nights rate on each room booked
7. In the event of non-arrival on the day, a full charge on each room booked shall be imposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the deposit.
8. Unexpected after check-in (short stay), a charge of 1 night is applicable on the balance of the unused length of stay.
9. Check in time is 4.00 pm and check out time 11.00 am
